This place is ABSOLUTLEY worth the trip, don't even think about it, just GO! The food was incredible, it came out super fast, it was fresh, light, filling, AND with generous portions. Cadence served us and she made everything in incredibly enjoyable, the perfect amount of talking and suggestions. She and the kitchen staff were more than willing to work with my dietary restrictions and went above and beyond when they really didn't have to. I really can't praise this place enough. I wish I could have gotten better pictures of the food, but it looked so good when it came out we dug right in 😅. Note: we went at 1pm on a Tuesday, which may be why the food came out so quickly, I'm sure this place has got to be popular so I can't speak to how busy it will get or the food times throughout the week, but I CAN say, it would be worth the wait (if there is a wait)

Hokkaido Ramen absolutely deserves five stars. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made us feel comfortable without hovering, checked on us at just the right times, and were happy to answer questions about the menu. The service felt friendly and personal, which made the whole experience even better. I ordered the spicy beef ramen, and it was excellent. The broth had a deep, rich flavor with the perfect amount of heat. It was spicy enough to be exciting, but not so overwhelming that it covered up the other flavors. The beef was tender, the noodles were cooked perfectly, and every bite tasted fresh and well prepared. One of the biggest reasons I appreciated Hokkaido Ramen is that they were one of the few ramen restaurants I found that offered a broth that was not pork-based. That can be surprisingly difficult to find, so it was wonderful to have a flavorful option that worked for us without feeling like a compromise. We also tried the sushi, and it was very fresh and clearly made to order. Nothing tasted like it had been sitting around, and the presentation was beautiful. The ingredients tasted clean, fresh, and high quality.

I will give them 9/10… It was my first time there and surely i will be visiting again… i had the beef Ramen Bowl with extra shrimps added ontop, the Lycheee Sake had good temp and tasted really good even order another bottle to take home. The ramen was really tasty, the spice level was to me preference , very rich in flavor and delicious to eat. I also asked a staff to teach me how to eat with the chopstick and she happily did.

They did an amazing job! This was our first visit with my mom and let me tell you! If my sushi is presented like this every time, I definitely won’t want to go anywhere else. The presentation was beautiful, the food was fresh, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. The server was so sweet and attentive. She truly gave top-tier service!

Very nice ramen and sushi restaurant. Service was nice, but not reaching Japanese standards. Our sushi roll came with an impressive presentation. The sushi’s were floating on a bamboo raft. The fish was fresh and tasted very good. Ramen had good broth. The chashui portion was generous. But about half of the broth was only lukewarm, probably because of the raw bean sprouts. Other ingredients on the ramen were mostly covered by the chashui. Therefore the presentation could be improved. We do agree with some other customers who voiced uncomfortableness during paying the bill. The waitress was standing right next to us and seems like watching how much tip $$ you offer.
